Three kitchens across the Yucatán peninsula and Brooklyn, one shared table. Reserve a seat, plan a celebration, or simply stop by for a slow afternoon and a smoky mezcal.
Reservations for parties of seven or more, private dining, press inquiries, or just a friendly hello — drop a line and our team in Mérida will reply within one business day.
Each location is shaped by its neighborhood — the brick of Mérida, the salt air of Tulum, the warehouse glow of Brooklyn — but every pit fires at the same low temperature, every tortilla is pressed by hand, and every plate arrives with the same unhurried care.

Rehearsal dinners under string lights in Mérida, mezcal tastings for twelve in the Williamsburg cellar, full-restaurant buyouts for product launches and milestone birthdays. Tell us the occasion — we'll handle the rest.
Our enclosed candlelit room seats up to 22 for plated dinners. Custom five-course menus designed with our chef, paired with rare mezcals from our cellar. Available at all three locations.
Take the whole room. Buyouts include a dedicated service team, a custom menu printed with your occasion, and a sommelier on the floor. Best for launches, weddings, and milestone birthdays.
An evening led by our spirits director — six rare mezcales paired with bites from the kitchen, served in the agave garden or the cellar bar. Perfect for corporate hosts and curious friends.
The pit comes to you. We bring our slow-cooked meats, handmade tortillas, and a service team to your home, gallery, or rooftop. Minimums vary by city — reach out for a tailored quote.
Weeknight dinners usually have a few walk-in seats at the bar, but Friday and Saturday nights, plus Sunday brunch in Mérida, are reservation-only. We release tables 30 days in advance — book early if your heart is set on the chef's counter.
Absolutely. Most of our menu is naturally gluten-free, and we have a dedicated vegetarian menu that goes well beyond a sad mushroom taco. Vegan, nut, and shellfish-free diners should mention restrictions when booking so the chef can adjust the night's menu.
Always. We have a short "little cochinita" menu with mild cochinita pibil, cheese quesadillas, and fresh juices. High chairs and booster seats are available at every location — just note the need when you book.
You're welcome to bring a special bottle. Corkage is $30 per bottle (waived for parties of 8+) and our sommelier is happy to suggest glass pairings from our wine list if you'd rather travel light.
Yes — digital gift cards in any amount, redeemable at all three kitchens. Email [email protected] and we'll send one within the hour, beautifully wrapped in a PDF for printing.
